Our AF68 8-Speed Feeder can be adapted easily to shapers, table saws and many other woodworking machines.
Feed Speed
With a range of eight speeds and an additional interchangeable gear set, the AF68 provides speed options and continuous feed speed. Reverse feed is available via a selection switch.
Conventional AC Motor
A continuous 1 horsepower motor provides the feed, ensuring that your feed rate is consistent and reliable. Actual feed rates are subject to blade sharpness, cutter rotational direction, and work piece characteristics.
6 Rollers and Roller Suspension
These rollers with abrasion resistant provide excellent secure non-marking grip. Rollers are all spring loaded to maintain a constant pressure, with roller suspension up to 18 mm (3/4").
Roller Replacements
The rollers that come with the AF68 can be replaced when needed. Replacement rollers can be purchased separately, with replacement times dependent on roller material, rate of use, and work piece material.
Adjustable Universal Stand
The AF68 8-Speed Feeder comes equipped with sturdy cast-iron universal stand, tiltable in all directions, ensuring more flexibility and compatibility for a wide variety of applications.
Maintenance
Under standard operation, it is recommended that the oil is replaced every 6 months.
