Feed Speed Control
With a range of four speeds, the AF114J provides convenience and consistency for your stock feeding.
Conventional AC Motor
A continuous duty 1/4 horsepower motor provides the feed, ensuring that your feed rate is consistent and reliable. Actual feed rates are subject to blade sharpness, cutter rotational direction, and workpiece characteristics.
Spiked Roller and Replacement
Spiked roller with groove design provides extra grip with approximately 1mm press mark, which can be easily removed when ran through a thickness planer. The spiked roller can be replaced, with replacement times dependent on rate of use and workpiece material.
Robust Mount and Stand
The AF114J Joint Mate comes equipped with sturdy cast-iron vertical and horizontal support columns and universal joints which allows for quick adjustment.
Maintenance
Under standard operation, it is recommended that the oil is replaced every 6 months.
